Earlier, it was reported that Anthony Martial had unveiled his interest to leave Manchester United after spending 7 years in the old Trafford team.
This was confirmed by Manchester United’s Coach, Ralf Rangnick who revealed that Anthony Martial felt it was time to switch over to another team after his long stay in the team.
According to reports, the major reason the 26 Year Old French player wanted to leave Old Trafford was to get more playing time and the La Liga club, Sevilla FC was his first choice in his transfer plans.
Earlier today, following the interest of Anthony Martial to move the Sevilla, the Spanish club made a loan offer for Martial which was unfortunately rejected by Manchester United.
Sevilla initially revealed its interest to get Martial on a loan deal which would make him play for the La Liga side till the end of the 2021/2022 Football League season, but unfortunately, Manchester United stated that the deal wouldn’t be effective as they do not have interest in loaning any of it, Players.
Rangnick admitted that he understands how Martial feels about this development but a loan deal wouldn’t favour the club and hence, it is necessary to reject Sevilla’s offer.
Ralf Rangnick pointed out that the club is facing tough times due to the Covid-19 infections and all decisions made from now must support the club rather than destabilize it.
When speaking on the 1-1 draw result between Manchester United and Newcastle United, Ralf Rangnick revealed that he wasn’t happy with the outcome of the match as he labelled it a disappointing one.
On Anthony Martial’s transfer development, it was reported that Juventus and Barcelona are also other clubs the French star could choose from as the clubs have revealed their interest in signing the Player.
